The first images of Diane Kruger in Les adieux a la reine have finally appeared! They are stills from a 22 minute interview with the director, which features plenty of behind the scenes images!
This appears to be from the scene near the beginning of the book, where the reader is sent to the Petit Trianon to read to Marie Antoinette.
It’s so hard to judge, because in this scene she is meant to be more natural and in her element… but I think she looks lovely. I also read that the film will have a director of “international sales,” so an international release is likely!
