Absentmindedly, she removed her nightcap. Soft and very fair, her hair spread cloud-like over the pillow, while at the same time a powerful smell of jasmine filled the room. One shoulder was bared. I sat motionless, enthralled… I could not make up my mind to leave. I do not know what I wanted from the Queen, but I wanted more and more.
