—Marie Antoinette: Das Musical

I’ve always really disliked this scene in Marie Antoinette: Das Musical (recap if you’re unfamiliar: a peasant woman makes her way into Versailles to beg for food, Marie Antoinette makes fun of her appearance, offers her a glass of champagne and then throws the glass up) but I’m so entranced by the sparkly sequins they used to simulate the spilled champagne.
